A household clearance is rarely just about volume. Therefore, we clarify in advance which rooms, cupboards, and boxes are off-limits, where documents and photos are expected, and who makes decisions in case of doubt.
Usable furniture and functional appliances do not necessarily have to be disposed of. Where appropriate, we arrange for their reuse – this is more cost-effective and sensible than any trip to the landfill.
For rented properties, the handover date is crucial. We plan the clearance so that deadlines for landlords, property management, or buyers are met – with photo documentation of the final state upon request.

The price depends on the volume, accessibility, floor, and disposal effort. After reviewing photos or a brief inspection, you will receive an offer that includes labor, transport, and disposal.
Will the waste be disposed of professionally?
Yes. We separate by material groups and allocate waste to the designated disposal and recycling channels. Electrical old devices and hazardous waste are treated separately.
Can value offsets arise?
If there are valuable items, this can affect the price. We address this openly, rather than tacitly retaining it.
Do I need to be present for the appointment?
Not necessarily. Many jobs proceed after key handover and prior agreement on which items should remain. We document with photos upon request.
How quickly can an appointment be made?
Depending on our capacity, short-notice appointments are often possible – frequently within a few days. For handover deadlines, it is best to tell us directly by when it needs to be completed.
Do you handle clearances and moves together?
