Cleaning Types
When a property – apartment, office, law firm, daycare center – has not been cleaned for an extended period: dusting furniture, shelves, lamps, and sofas, vacuuming and wet wiping all floors, countertops, stove, and refrigerator, as well as intensive treatment of the entire bathroom from tiles to toilet.
Regular cleaning at agreed intervals for residential complexes, offices, medical practices, kindergartens, schools, and retail stores: exposed floor areas, dust on furniture and surfaces, sanitary facilities, and consumables.
At longer intervals, we address what is often overlooked in daily routines: radiators, doors and door frames, window sills, cable ducts, corners, joints, and hard-to-reach areas.
At the end of the construction phase, the property is prepared for handover: bathrooms, kitchens, tiles, doors, carpets, parquet, PVC floors, window frames, and floor coverings are freed from construction debris.
Streak-free cleaning of windows with and without frames, display windows, glass doors, partitions, and other glass structures – for private households and businesses.

Procedure
Every surface has its own requirements: a natural stone floor cannot tolerate the same as industrial parquet, and different standards apply in a daycare center than in a warehouse. Therefore, before the first deployment, we clarify which areas are to be cleaned, at what intervals, and with which materials.
For ongoing contracts, you receive a fixed cleaning schedule and a team that knows your property. Changes – additional areas, special cleaning after water damage, window cleaning twice a year – can be added at any time.
After completion of larger contracts, we review the results together. What is not satisfactory will be reworked before we leave the property.
